My experience with them has been really good. The process was very fast and straightforward, especially when I needed the money urgently. Everything from application to verification was quick and easy to understand. What stood out for me was their customer service. They were patient, kind, and took time to listen, even when I was a bit frustrated. They also helped me set up a payment plan that was comfortable for me, which I really appreciated. Repayments have been smooth since I set up direct debit, so I don’t have to worry about missing payments. Abound assist me with a loan when I most need it as my dad needed an urgent surgery due to his prostate cancer and I applied and got approved within minutes and the loan was disbursed within two days. In abound when they offer me a loan they explain to ke everything and if i encounter a problem it easioy to talk to their customer service and they help you as soon as they can that you dont need to.wait long. The personal loan they approve to me is cheaper interest and its not hard to pay monthly. They send you a reminder before on your due date to avaid penalty.
