I haven’t had any customer service contact, as I haven’t needed to, but this is because it’s very simply laid out and everything can be accessed through my account. I ran into some difficulty as I am on Maternity leave and couldn't pay on my usual repayment date. I asked for an extension, as my universal credit came in at a later date, but I received no help. Instead I was threatened with the usual late payment fees. Disappointing that your not seen as a human, with real life issues. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
