Consent & Customer Services

The site I gave consent to during the process of linking the banks with my account wasn’t working properly at all. Also, one customer representative couldn’t see the message or mail I sent to another, so I had to send it repeatedly. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Super smooth customer experience. Simple, thorough and easy. Only reason why I wouldn’t recommend to all friends and family is because it so simple that neurodivergent friends or family may find it too easier to access money that may later cause them issue due to the ease of the process when combined with conditions such as adhd etc..
