Such a different experience from other lenders, I had a real person get in touch to understand more about my needs - in my case it was debt consolidation and they reached out to discover the exact balances I wanted to clear with the new loan, and they approved that amount, allowing me to pay off several high interest credit cards with one simple low cost loan. Overall a very good company, sensible with lending amounts and making customer make 6 months payments on time before they can take out more is actually a very smart move and a sensible way to stop impulse loans and spends. Customer service is fantastic and I believe abound give everyone a chance, I see them often offer people with bad credit loans for debt repayments etc and it’s nice to see a company wanting to help out. Someone applying for a loan must need the money or they wouldn’t be applying and I personally feel abound is really accepting of circumstances. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
