Was very easy from start to finish, only thing I would change would be to pay by dd rather than card payment, I don’t keep money in my main account so the card payment gets rejected straight away, whereas my bank gives me until 3pm to move money for a dd Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

I have used abound for about a year and a bit now. Absolutely amazing service. I have only had to speak to staff once due to a question I had and I can confidently say they are the best customer service I have ever experienced.
