It was a simple and straightforward process to set everything up. The team is easy to contact whenever any issues arise, and they respond quickly, especially if a payment is missed, sending helpful reminders without any hassle. Really happy with everything, had twice that my payment did not go through due to my employer not paying on time, so they have sent me a text message with letting me know they will try again in the following day, which was nice and with a calm approach rather than harassing and intimidating like some other companies would do.
