It was good up until I started recieving letters and...

It was good up until I started recieving letters and email stating I was not making any payments. Back on Nov. 2025 I email asking for a reduce payment for the mean time whilst I transition into my new job at that time, I was on a temporary reduce plan for 3months. Whilst customer service was great they understand and processed it temporarily. I now then for 3 months was receiving letters and emails stating i was not making payments. I then contact customer service and they too was confused on why I was receiving it however, they assured me that everything is all okay on my end and got nothing to worried about. I was concerned for the most part but customer service help me ease that feeling. Reviewed on: 26th March 2026

Abound provided me with a loan when no one else would and I was able to get a loan at a decent rate too,which was great and really helped me out in the ling term. The process was super easy,everything was done online,quickly and the money was in my account very quickly after my application was accepted. No hassle,good for value provider. Thank you! I think a bound a brilliant and when I applied for my loan and the rates that I got I thought they were absolutely great and everything was very quick and easy and it’s really really helped me get in a better financial situation So far that I am really grateful. The only thing I would say is that their customer service it’s a little bit difficult to get through to somebody via the telephone and when I did get through to somebody via the telephone because something could happen with my direct debit so I wanted to make a direct payment I was told that they can’t take payment over the phone which is absolutely fine but I was promised that I would be sent a link. I’d ask the lady if she could wait on the phone for me to receive that link to which he said no it takes up to 40 minutes long story Shoot I never received the link so I ended up having to go into the app and pay it myself so that’s the only negative I’ve experienced is actually phoning through to Customer Services but the app itself and the loan to which I was granted were all very very good Reviewed on: 26th March 2026
