Poor experience i have never had a loan with a compa...

Poor experience i have never had a loan with a company that message's every month to re set bank account details. Was never made aware of this constant annoyance. Some time I re do it and it asks for it again. Very poor communication to not make customers aware of this issue never had this before from any other loan company in my life! Easy and contact is amazing through out my experience with abound app is easy to use to find out all the information that is needed to help you pay back your loan but also it allows you manage with it’s a selling point to me.
