Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fair & Reliable

I like admiral because they are a fair insurance company. They insured me when nobody else would & they gave me a black box which monitors my driving and send me weekly reviews on what I did well and how I can improve. I am sticking with admiral for sure! Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

First time with admiral

Great comprehensive car insurance

Admiral have been great and I’ve chosen to stay with them since I first began insuring my car. They have a great range of additionals you can add to your insurance policy and I like knowing that I have that safety net, should I ever need it. I’m also looking forward to seeing how the new trip tracking feature of the app affects my insurance. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Customer focused and great company

Since choosing Admiral as my insurer, there had been fantastic communication, interesting newsletters and prompt reminders about my renewals. When I have had to speak to them about my policy, the staff have always been very positive and polite, this means a lot more than a simple tick on a website and gives the experience of choosing a provider when it’s time to renew an easy one to stay.
