Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Knowledgeable Staff/great Compariosn quotes

I have a news Seat Arona which was not showing on the system, staff entered information manually with clear and precise explanations. They tyen sourced a better price than a comparison quote. I would not hesitate to recommend ASdmiral as a top insurer. Reviewed on: 4th September 2018

NothIng to complain about

Decent , better with multi-car

I have had insurance with admiral for a few years, though sometimes renewing can on face value look more expensive I have found them to be very easy to deal with over the phone to discuss my insurance and get a competitive quote. Their mutlicar insurance is brilliant as it cuts a lot of hassle out when sorting out the family cars though it was necessarily the very cheapest option it was in my opinion a great deal.
