Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

At todays prices it was good value for money.

I changed my insurance in may 2018, The first time I have changed in Seven years .I was very pleased at the price I was quoted by admiral and have told one or two friends how quickly everything went through very pleased with the service I was given.. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Great value for price, incredible attention

Not only the lowest cost insurance company for my car but phone attention when the car usage was changed was amazing! Luckily I will never make use of it but if I do I'll rest assured everything will run smoothly. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
