Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral insurance

I got a good quote from Admiral so I went ahead with the insurance. They made a big savings of around £700. And I pay for it over 10 months which is better for me. Which is a relief for me as I don't have find the money in one go. I also found that they are very helpfull to. I would recommend Admiral to anyone. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
