Simply brilliant

Recently moved house, changed my car and added a named driver to my policy. I tried to do it online but did something wrong. The guy I spoke to was so helpful and patient with me, waived the fee and it worked out cheaper. Great service at a great price Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

My first choice

I have used Admiral car insurance for years and have always been happy with their customer service and pricing. They were the first to offer a discount due to the pandemic- making everyone else follow suit- which proves that they care about their customers. I have also started using Admiral for my home insurance and, again, the service and the cost is excellent. Thankfully, I've not had to claim on either insurances but I would expect Admiral's team to provide just as good service during an incident as they do the rest of the time. Outstanding service every time - friendly, helpful and professional UK staff and they always manage to bring my renewal quote down to a price I’m happy with. The first helpful house insurer

Having been faced with a massive increase in premiums by our former buildings insurer (due to flood risk re-evaluation) We did some price comparisons and found some competitive quotes but these turned out to be subject to all sorts of caveats and conditions.
