Easy and efficient process

Signing up to Admiral was an easy and efficiently handled process. First year's payment was discounted and plenty of regular offers come through by email. I'm happy with the policy. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Recently moved house, changed my car and added a named driver to my policy. I tried to do it online but did something wrong. The guy I spoke to was so helpful and patient with me, waived the fee and it worked out cheaper. Great service at a great price Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

My first choice

I have used Admiral car insurance for years and have always been happy with their customer service and pricing. They were the first to offer a discount due to the pandemic- making everyone else follow suit- which proves that they care about their customers. I have also started using Admiral for my home insurance and, again, the service and the cost is excellent. Thankfully, I've not had to claim on either insurances but I would expect Admiral's team to provide just as good service during an incident as they do the rest of the time. I would definitely recommend Admiral to anybody needing insurance! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Outstanding service every time - friendly, helpful and professional UK staff and they always manage to bring my renewal quote down to a price I’m happy with. The first helpful house insurer

Having been faced with a massive increase in premiums by our former buildings insurer (due to flood risk re-evaluation) We did some price comparisons and found some competitive quotes but these turned out to be subject to all sorts of caveats and conditions. Insurers wanted evidence of this and that. Admiral made the process simple and were really helpful over the phone; problem solved! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
