Matched a deal from a competitor

I received a renewal from Admiral and it wasnt the cheapest so I rang them to explain that I had found a cheaper quote. Th advisor was realy nice and looked at options to help me save money. I was happy with the savings and stayed another year. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Rubbish

I have just been burgled. Rang Admiral and they were most unhelpful. Maybe cheap but proves you only get what you pay for. Fine whilst they are taking your money but useless when you need to make a claim Reviewed on: 19th June 2017

awful do not trust them

Got burgled. Have Admiral Home Insurance. Have £75 compulsory excess and voluntary £100 excess. Wasn't too worried. Rang to make claim, a lot of tech stuff has been taken. Advised that 'excess is going to be £600 because it was a theft'. WHAT? they randomly come up with other larger excesses according to meet whatever circumstance you have in order to avoid payment. Strongly recommend you review your policy very very carefully. This company has a very very bad reputation with many people who have made honest claims. They are not to be trusted. CheekyCharges Campaigner

I lost a diamond out of my wedding ring. I took it back to the jewellers where they gave me a price foor a replacement diamond and repair. We contacted Admiral insurance where he put in a claim and received payment fast. Staff were very helpful and we received responce very quickly. Very good all round

I chose Admiral for home and contents insurance after they came out top in two comparison websites. The on-line purchase was simple with easy to understand questions and a minimum of fuss. The premium was very competitive and the package suited my needs exactly. Cover was instant and the documents provided promptly. I have since not been spammed with offers or 3rd party introductions.
