Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

A recommended insurance

We have had a couple of occasions to call upon our Agria insurance: when the dog swallowed a chanpagne cork (nothing but the best, you understand!) and when a local aggressive dog bit him. In both case the insurers were excellent and made the whole thing easy and trouble-free. I have used other insurers with other dogs in the past but they were not as quick and easy as this one. My experience with Africa has been nothing but good. During a time of great stress and uncertainty with the possible sight loss of my sag they were helpful, informative and sympathetic.
