We had only been with Agria for a few months when we suddenly lost one of our dogs to illness. They dealt with our claim quickly and efficiently. They also sent us a lovely sympathy card. Things like that make all the difference. We were very impressed! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

I would highly recommend having pet insurance with agria not only do they offer discounts for multiple pets they are courteous helpful people whom go above and beyond to settle insurance claims , The life time policies have excellent cover and give great peace of mind when it comes to getting care for pets at what can be very stressful times . Quick, reliable service when I had to claim.

My policy for my cat (Missy) came with her from the rescue group from which I re-homed her. I signed up on the day she arrived which meant I got a discount. Unfortunately within three months I had to claim as she needed dental surgery and teeth removed. I rang and they gave me instructions which I sent on to the vet surgery who then handled the entire claim directly with a pre-approval from Agria. It saved me a fair bit of money and the hassle of the paperwork. I'd recommend them 100% Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Loss of Teal

Had to have my Labrador Teal put to sleep sad day. Had only Teal insured with Agria Pet Insurance for short period of time. They settled my claim swiftly and no problems. Will recommend them to friends and family with pets. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
