Quick settlement of claims

Twice now Sally our lovely Jack Russell as had to have a cruciate ligament operation first on the right leg and now on the left, Agria pet insurance have been a great pet insurance to deal with, quick instant payment to My veterinary practice. I was made to feel at ease straight away and given the information I needed to ensure my pup and kitten had the cover needed. Knowledgeable and completely pet focussed emails followed registration, making sure I as their owner, am kept up to date on all aspects of their care. Thank you Agria….a well deserved top rating. Exceptional fast claims process worry free pet ownership

Both my dogs had suspected paracetamol ingestion therefore rushed to vets for treatment and emergency overnight care total cost around £3k which thankfully we didn't have to make any difficult decisions as we knew the insurance company would cover both of them. They even settled direct with our vets to avoid any up front cost to us which was a god send, we'll worth the premiums we pay monthly to avoid having to make difficult choices , thank you Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
