Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

No Issue Insurance

I have had my two rescue dogs insured with Agria, my eldest is the only one I have had to claim vet bills for and Agria have always paid out very promptly with no issue at all. I love the fact that I got a £50 voucher to use against a treatment which I will use on our youngest dog when he is ready to be castrated but he is still pretty nervous - thoroughly recommend this insurance Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Excellent Service 100% Recommend

I have my dog insured with Agria since I rescued him 4 years ago he came with 5 weeks free insurance and I continued it. I have not had to use them until this year but at Easter my dog became really sick. Agria on admission worked direct with my vets and paid so promptly and with detailed break down of my costs and their payment the team have been fantastic....I highly recommend their lifetime policy not perhaps the cheapest you can but but for me Simply The Best:) Thank you Agria you are Amazing... Quick and honest assessment

Help in understanding

My dog was unfortunately admitted to carter's vets. He was vomiting and was unsettled, he was also spasming in his gut. I have never had to make a claim before and so phoned for advice. The young lady I spoke to was very kind and explained the hole thing to me. Thankfully nothing was found in his bloods. He spent most of the day at the vet on a drip and cooling mat.
