My dog was unfortunately admitted to carter's vets. He was vomiting and was unsettled, he was also spasming in his gut. I have never had to make a claim before and so phoned for advice. The young lady I spoke to was very kind and explained the hole thing to me. Thankfully nothing was found in his bloods. He spent most of the day at the vet on a drip and cooling mat. As I said before the young lady was very helpful in everything I needed to know. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Not had chance to actually use the services you provide yet as luckily Ive not needed to yet but the customer service was brilliant when setting up and they provide a lot of coverage at a reasonable price. Even with only having the coverage for my 2 cats and speaking to agria over the phone, I am happy with the company so far and I am glad my cats are fully covered in case something happens to them.
