Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Trustworthy Insurance

Best 4 Pets I have all my rabbits insured through Agria, luckily I have only had to claim once. I had a no hassle experience and the claim was settled quickly with no problems. My rabbit had its life saved and cost in total was almost £1500 I can not stress how important it is to have insurance. Even small animals can be very expensive to fix. The costs with Agria are really very reasonable and payable in monthly instalments. The cover is automatically renewed and doesn’t go up by very much each year. This is why I have so far been with Agria for 4 years + I have no hesitation in recommending Agria for pet insurance Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Fast and responsive management team

Having had very good experience with Agria staff previously I received a note from the Claims Dept about an outstanding claim which made me cross. I complained not about the request but about the way in which the note was couched. I received an immediate response from the CEO and the situation was resolved to my total satisfaction with 24 hours. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

I'm really pleased with Agria, I'm insuring my first ever pet and their service couldn't be better. The staff are friendly, helpful and take an active interest in my pets welfare. The weekly milestone updates are also really insightful and helpful. Price wise, I also find Agria to be really competitive and I won't be leaving any time soon Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

My pomeranian boy dog had murmur surgery plus many test and in this time I was so struggle and broke and I had always support and a lot helpful from agria pet insurance ... Friendly staff explained me about the financial. They always was punctual & honest with the payments and thanks to that my dog was treat fantastic service in his hospital and vet GP.
