Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Great customer service

After loosing my 8 month old kitten very suddenly and having to pay a lot of money to try and save her ( but she cudnt be saved) I wanted to make sure my next cat was insured properly. I had a very helpful young man on the phone who went through everything with me and repeated answers to my questions if I didn’t understand the first time what he said. Stress free and easy set up

Such a stress free and easy process setting up insurance for our two dogs. After doing a lot of research Agria topped all in our opinion and we now have peace of mind knowing our two are completely covered. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Staff really helpful and has good communication

I am sure like me, most caring pet owners hope to avoid needing to access veterinary treatment for their animals. Relieved puppy owner

We have a new very bouncy show cocker spaniel puppy. But she became unwell, very off it and very snotty, just not happy at all. Spoke to Agria’s help line who advised me to take her to a vets as they did a video call to view lex’s condition. The vets were really good and got her booked in for Rhinoscopy to find out what was causing the issue. It turned out that Lexi had a grass seed lodged right up the top of her nose, impossible to see and it had embedded itself and her nose was all swollen inside and infected. Agria were really good and the vets were able to deal with them directly to process our claim. Can’t thank them enough as it was a very traumatic time as we were all worried for our little girl, they dealt with everything. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Brilliant!

Agria are such a good company...24/7 vegetarian support, great in a crisis and premiums don't go up if the worst happens and you need to make a claim! They love our pets like we do! ❤ Couldn't recommend more highly! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
