Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Having used a couple of other pet insurance services for dogs in the past, it wasn’t until I discovered Agria that I realised the experience needn’t be traumatic. Very pleased with every aspect of their cover my current dog! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

I have used Agria since 2007 as I was based in Germany and kept using this company since I moved back to the uk the service I have received is fantastic and quick and just recently had to use my insurance for my older dog and the claims have been seem less and quick , the payments to my vet have been paid promptly without any problems I would use this company again and recommend this company to my family and friends. Owning a pet (Pinto...he has a great YouTube channel called Pinto's World, check it out!) is a great joy, but can be a worry if there are health issues. The worry of pet ownership can be greatly relieved by having excellent pet insurance. I could not recommend Agria more highly, from setting up the right policy for us the team who answer calls is really helpful. Furthermore the support and system in place when recovering vet expenses though a good online system the whole operation works really well. I think pet insurance is necessary, and would have no hesitation in recommending Agria Pet Insurance Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
