Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

No fuss claim

This is the first time i insured my Pug puppy and chose Agria based on reviews and for what they had to offer. Lifetime cover for my Pug Unfortunately she hurt her knee running around as puppies do and she required some investigations and x-ray. I was astounded and impressed by how quickly my claim was settled with absolutely no fuss. Which was very much appreciated when one is worried about their pet. AGRIA FOR ALL,PETS

My dog has had a couple of unexpected surgeries recently and Agria paid has up quickly on both occasions with no complaints. On top of this I have also had to claim for some medication required on a monthly basis as my pet has an allergy very similar to hay fever and yet again Agria has taken on this claim as well. We joined Agria in February this year after taking on our poorly rescue cat. Agria staff are really helpful … during the call to set up the policy, we were open and transparent about the cat’s ongoing condition so recently when we had to make a separate claim this was honoured. We were kept well informed during the claim and it was settled quickly. Our vet recommends them too! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

I’ve claimed quite often for our Newfoundland and I’ve never had a problem with any claim that was made. Always helpful and friendly advisers whenever I have called. Claims made easily from our via our vet, no problems at all. 5 stars ⭐️ all round. Thank you Agria Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
