Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Great Communication, Guidance and Support

Agria staff are very well trained to help and advise you on policies. The staff are down to earth, they are not pushy but provide a detailed explanation of levels of cover. I had rescued a dog and the lady took an interest in the dog and his needs. I haven’t claimed on the policy however if their claims services is as efficient as their sales service Ill be delighted. Had to claim on this insurance when my dog had to receive treatment after being bitten. Quick response and now realise that vets practice can deal directly with Agria which is so much easier. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Excellent company

Agria give more to customers than an average insurance company. They stay in constant touch especially when your puppy is under a year old with lots of support and advice to guide you through the difficult first months. There is also vet support. Great company Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Amazing insurance company, Total trust in Agria

First of all thank you so much to Agria pet insurance. I have my 2 Alaskan malamutes & 1 cat insured with them & never thought I would have to claim so soon. When my Alaskan malamute puppy was 10 months old he was diagnosed with luxating patella in his legs & had to have surgery to fix one of his knees, if it wasn’t for Agria the total amount I would of had to pay was £3500, but Agria covered everything & I just had to pay the excess & 10% of the bill which was a lot more affordable than if I had to pay the full amount. I feel really grateful & will always have my animals insured with Agria. Another plus is the lovely people that take your calls Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
