Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I have my two dogs insured with Agria. Until coming across them online I had not heard of them. All I can say is that from the moment I got a quote to the ongoing service, it has been high class. When I had to make a claim for my puppy, who had only been covered a matter of weeks at that time, the claim couldn’t have been handled more expeditiously. I was thoroughly satisfied and would be sure to recommend them to anyone else looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Had an email to win 1k if I left a review so, umm here goes I guess. I did a wonderful job of filling all of my details in on the website, even remembering my name AND my cats name, I also did a great job on putting my bank details in so a pat on the back for me there. My cat hasn't managed to get trapped in a blender, fall face first from a high rise or have a fight with the neighbours dogs yet so I haven't really had much in the way of dealing with Agria. They did post me a thank you letter for joining their family which they did very well, the envelope was crisp to the point that it looked ironed, and it probably had a picture of a cat and a dog faking being happy together on the letter header, I can't quite remember. So, based on their letting sending ability and their website being decent I give the 5 STARS!! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

First Class Service

I have used Agria Pet Insurance for several years for both my rescue dogs. They were so helpful and kind when my GSP had cancer in her nose. They paid my claims promptly and when she had to be put to sleep they not only reminded me I could claim for this and her cremation. They even sent a card of sympathy which was a lovely touch. They now insure my rescue terrier mix who came with some injury problems. They advised me what could and what couldn't be covered by the policy and have been very helpful when making any claims. I would certainly recommend Agria to any new pet owner even if the pet has some existing problems as they will give good advice to what cover is available and the cover is for the pet's lifetime too.
