Professional and efficient

I adopted a French bulldog I contacted Agria Pet Insurance who had been recommended to me. I spoke to a very pleasant young man who went through the insurance with me and explained how it worked what my dog was covered for and told me I could contact them any time if I had any concerns. To top it off I had a voucher to hand to my vet and received £50 off her first treatment. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

As insurance goes this one is ok

I have insured my rescue pug with Agria, the rescue that I got her from recommended I use Agria. Unfortuately she has many exclusions but when I had to claim the claim was handled promptly and without fuss. Like other insurance companies the yearly premium goes up considerably. It would be great if a reduction were given for people who have rescue dogs. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
