Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Have two pets insured, due to a recommendation. Brilliant service for both of these, also a cheeky discount (not to be sniffed at!). Recently had to contact to alter things and was super easy. Pleasant advisers make a huge difference, thank you. I obviously hope we never have to make a claim but feel confident that if we do, the process will be straight forward and advisers as helpful as ever. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Although I have never had to make a claim I do know I am in good hands whot ever the future may throw my way .Agria pet Insurance is the only insurance out there that fully covers Gun Dogs properly and if your dog develops a illness it’s covered for the life of the animal . I rescued my Jack Russell from the Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home 3 years ago and there was an arrangement with Agria insuring her until I was more organised, later I found that it was s good deal and when she broke a tooth and cracked another and both extracted I paid £100 and over £300 came from Agria, could not ask for more it was very satisfactory, she also had several tests while under anaesthetic that were also covered. Would not change however good another companies deal sounded, there is always a catch. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
