We've been overall very impressed with the service we have received from Agria for our multiple pets. We have unfortunately had to make a couple of claims following injury, and found the process to be easy and supportive. The nurses on the telephones are also very kind and helpful. When our cat needed surgery, and the simple option was the remove his leg entirely, agria worked directly with the vets to ensure he got the best care and handled the finances directly with them. My cat kept his leg and the stress of logistics was dealt with for me. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
