Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Atria have been very good to us, we do not have any other insurance to compare them to as only been with Agria, now have 3 policies but do read many horror stories from other people on doggy forum not paying out on claims or putting DD up by £50+, one happy customer Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Life time insurance

agria are very good insurers protecting your pet with lifetime insurance. I am pleased they offer an age amnesty once a year and will be adding my senior dog to the policy as I already have my other dog and cat with Agria. I amhoping they will bring in Horse insurance too and then I will use that also. Received a £50 voucher with each new policy which I put towards spaying. Very helpful when my cat was ill

My 2year old cat suddenly became ill in May 2020. Stayed overnight for 3nights having tests, weekly visits afterwards. agria were very helpful, and their customer service was excellent. Fingers crossed he is now improving, I have never claimed for a sick pet until now. Very pleased with the service I received from them. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Excellent Company

Agria Pet Insurance asked us (Hampshire Greyhound Rescue) if we would like to have an affiliation with their company, and thereby allow our rehomed ex-racing greyhounds to have 5 weeks free insurance cover from their adoption date. This has allowed our adoptees to have some peace of mind whilst they work out their own insurance policy choices. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
