Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Pet insurance as it should be

I rehomed a 10 year old border terrier cross last year. Sadly he contracted both nasal and aural cancers, and was put to sleep last month. Throughout, Agria were helpful, approachable and prompt to pay on claims. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Excellent caring service

In the first two years of my little dogs life, she spent more time at the vets than at home. So much so, that she still regards it as “hers”. When I submitTed her first claims form, I anticipated it would be a hassle, but that was so far from the truth. Agra treated each claim with the same amount of care and professionalism, and each was dealt with very quickly. I will always be grateful for them for not making a bad situation worse. I’ve always spoken to someone who has been extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. There is never a hard sell or pressure to add on extras. I had a good laugh on the phone whilst buying my pet insurance and it was so quick and easy. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

I HAVE THREE ROTTWEILERS, MY FIRST CLAIM WAS MY OLDER BITCH WHEN SHE SPLIT HER EAR AND HAD TO HAVE IT OPERATED ON, MY NEXT WORRY WAS MY BOY WHO SLIPPED WHEN GETTING OUT OF THE POOL AFTER SWIMMING, AGRIA WAS THERE AGAIN AND NOW MY YOUNG BITCH WHO HAD A GROWTH ON HERE EYE AND IS UNDER TREATMENT-AGRIA ARE BEHIND ME AGAIN UNLIKE SOME COMPANIES ABOUT Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
