Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Great insurance

Great company to deal with, when our miniature Schnauzer needed to go to a specialist vets there where no problems and bills all paid. The other thing is that they provide lifetime insurance. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

I found myself in possession of a lovely spaniel (I didn’t steal him) the wrong side of 5 a while back, and whilst he has never had any health conditions the prices for the other insurance companies was astronomical. Agria gave me an excellent quote and taking out the insurance was so easy, I spoke to a lovely woman who discussed all the differences between each policy. Turns out the only difference was around £80 so I went with agria. Having a policy gives me a little more reassurance every time he launches himself off,on or into anything you would rather he didn’t launch himself off, on or into. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Ok not used it yet but they offer a good price upfront unlike most providers that start with a ridiculous price and hope some people just sign up as their very recommended it then come down in several iterations when you refuse to pay that much. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
