Fantastic support when I needed it

My young cocker spaniel suddenly passed away earlier this year. I had never made an insurance claim before, but treatment costs started racking up very quickly. The team at Agria were always very empathetic, helpful and I always felt like it was under control at a time when I needed help the most. Could not recommend them more highly. They have taken the pain out of dealing with insurance

Our family have two dogs, who are insured through Agria. Not only are Agria straight forward, but when my daughter's dog became ill, Agria were wonderful. It was a stressful time for the whole family and what we were dealing with was so rare, we were concerned it would be difficult to claim against. We couldn't have been more wrong. Not only that, everyone we spoke to were so kind. Thankfully our pooch is fine and well after an operation, so it's a very happy ending to our story. Thank you to everyone who helped us. Our 4yr old cocker spaniel went into heart failure nearly 2 yrs ago and only with the help of Agria pet insurance pepper would no longer be with us. So Agria thank you. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fair, easy to work with & good value

I've used Agria for my 3 pets over the years & I've always felt they offered decent value & never quibbled over any claims. Unlike several over companies I'd used previously.
