Saved my family

I have an autistic son who has a rabbit he is devoted to our rabbit. Last year he unfortunately got fly strike and you can imagine the mad rush to the vets and the pain we were in and how scared it made us all feel. Luckily our boy was saved but his vet bill was huge and I had to pay out on a credit card which was not something I like to do, I need not have worried Agria paid out before the bill even came in so no interest and no huge stress! When my kitten broke her back legs due to a bone disorder agria processed my claim swiftly and without any issues. When I called to check on the progress the customer service team were very friendly and professional. I could not fault them and have recommended them to all my pet owning friends. Insurance that cares

They insured our elderly cat at a reasonable monthly premium. When she fell seriously ill after eating Lillys she had to spend nearly a week at the vets having emergency and life saving care. After some simple paperwork the majority of the costs were covered by our insurance and the next years premium continued to be reasonable. Very pleased with this company. My beloved dog had a nasty accident and with all the stress, worry and upset during that time, it was a welcome relief to know Agria were there to deal with the process of a claim.
