Easy to renew plus kept up to date with current pet issues

Agria Pet Insurance is very economical - a must in today's climate, is easy to renew and customers are consistently kept up to date with current pet issues. I cannot forsee changing from Agria for my two westies and remain very happy with their cover. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Dog diagnosed dislocated hip , and after relevant paperwork received from veterinary hospital, approval for the expensive operation was given within 3 working days and payment made to hospital just as speedily. Cannot say how relieved and delighted l was at the way this matter was dealt with. Cannot recommend Agria Insurance enough. The staff were knowledgeable, very helpful and patient during the telephone calls l made to them. 50 star rating!!!!!! Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Dealt with vet directly.

Our old dog Oakley had to have an x-ray and biopsy at Mochdre Vets in North Wales, which we were to pay and claim back from Agria. Unfortunately we were unable to meet the bill at the time and the vet suggested that they contact Agria to see if they would deal directly with the vet Agria agreed to this course, which saved us a lot of stress and worry, and the substantial bill was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Very impressed with Agria, and have stayed with them for several years now. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
