Agria is Brilliant!

My lovely dog is almost 12 now, and she has been insured with Agria since she was a puppy - i once had to claim for two broken cruciate ligaments, both back legs, and the claims were settled promptly and efficiently, and whenever I have phoned Agria they have been wonderful - very kind and helpful. East to deal with

I have both my cats insured with Agria. Unfortunately one of them has had urinary issues on 2 occasions. In a little over 6 months the bill came to just over £10,000. Eye watering. However Agria were with me every step of the way and the refund process was quick and easy. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

No problems and good customer service

Well I received my new puppy and had problems in that week with him and ended up him being in the vets over night with tummy problems that could be mean death and on talking to the insurance company they were very considerate of the Circumstances of the situation and I was advised well of what to do next. Good news came that my puppy is now a 2 year old bouncing Cocker spaniel and doing great. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Truly excellent. From start to finish of call was so professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed which is rare.
