Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I haven’t actually had to claim yet for my pet however the website I found so easy to find everything I needed. I found so many people were recommending Agria to me and had to have a look at what they had to offer! Offers are fantastic, website awesome. Price brilliant. What more could you want! With Agria pet insurance, we feel fully involved with our pet insurance for our cat. Agria lets us know if any changes are going to be made and what other offers there are available for us. Fantastic support

When my puppy ate grapes, I had to take him to the vets and let them keep my doggy overnight on the drip. The bill was nasty as you can imagine. Agria pet insurance has managed effectively the communication with the veterinary hospital and covered the most of the bill almost immediately. Have used agria for two of my dogs and have to say they made a very stressful time easier. Very quick with claims and went above and beyond what i expected. After nearly losing out puppy at Easter with Tetanus. We had peace of mind that everything was being taken care of and that we wouldnt have the extra worry of a huge vet bill at the end of our little nightmare scare. Charlie and Bella are super happy
