No problems and good customer service

Well I received my new puppy and had problems in that week with him and ended up him being in the vets over night with tummy problems that could be mean death and on talking to the insurance company they were very considerate of the Circumstances of the situation and I was advised well of what to do next. Good news came that my puppy is now a 2 year old bouncing Cocker spaniel and doing great. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Truly excellent. From start to finish of call was so professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed which is rare. First Class Animal Cover

Fortunately I haven’t had to claim but they are a caring company who care for the animals and the owners! Top end comprehensive policy recommended by my vets who deal direct at a fraction of the top end prices! Good customer service costs nothing but means soooo much! Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

I have been with Agria for about 5 years having 3 pets! I had to use already twice the insurance and never have had any troubles! Amber, a two year old Cocker Spaniel, developed dry-eye. The combination of two excellent vets , coupled with then support of Agria Insurance, saved her eye and she is on the long road to an full recovery. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

I work in the veterinary industry, so deal with insurance a lot and I also have my own pet insured with Agria. I can honestly say I wouldn't use another company and always recommend Agria to my clients.
