Daisy's pet insurance

We got our Daisy from Romanian rescue centre and Daisy was already insured by Agria and she came with 5 weeks free insurance and we were more than happy to carry on with Daisy's pet insurance,we can't find anything to fault them as there a top class insurance company that go out of there way to help you. Good value for money

Fortunately I have not had to use the cover provided by Agria but from the initial setup of the policy through collection of monthly payments the process has been very easy. Agria make send regular communication to keep me updated. I think Agria’s service is good value for money. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Pretty good, but wouldn't buy again

I didnt want a percentage policy, only a fixed excess (admittedly my fault for not reading it thoroughly). Its a good level of cover and the one claim I have submitted was settled, but took such a very long time that my vet practice won't claim direct with Agria any more as they were out of pocket for months. I have Pet plan insurance for my other two cats and I wish I had just went with them again for my boy, but I had heard such good things about Agria so took a chance. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

We've had Agria Pet Insurance for about 9 years now, for our two rescue cats. The yearly reminder for vaccination time is great, and you can't grumble at a £25 contribution to the cost! Encouraging people to keep their pets vaccinations up to date shows they're not just offering a service... they care about your pets health and wellbeing too. Luckily, we've only had to make one claim, when out cat, Charlie, got in to a bit of a scrape, but the claims process was simple, helpful and friendly... what more can you ask for! With five Main Coon cats currently insured through Agria, we have needed to make a claim on many an occasion. These Claims have never been challenged and are always paid out very promptly.
