Firstly I did require to make a claim when my dog was young and the claim process was trouble free. Secondly I have, for the first time, required to get assistance from a member of staff who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Was told by my vet that this was the only pet insurance that is consistently worth it’s money so signed up the same day!! Have spoken to Agria customer service numerous times in regards to changing address etc and they have always been super helpful! Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Great pet insurance

On signing up we received a £50 voucher to be used against any vet bill which was really handy. We have also had to complete a claim; it was very simple to do and the money came through very quickly. Very impressed and would recommend to friends and family. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Was looking into pet insurance during Covid lockdown for the rescue dog we took on. The gentleman who I spoke to was very helpful and made me want to go with agria over other companies. I also got half price for first 6 months due to me being an rvn. Haven’t claimed yet thankfully but if I do I know that I’ll get the same great customer service Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
