So far, thankfully, I haven't needed to use AGRIA for my kittens as they are young, however when I chose AGRIA it was because the agent was knowledgeable about his product, friendly, understanding, professional & kind. He wasn't pushy at all & made me aware of all the good reasons to choose AGRIA. I liked the fact that he listened to me to find out what I wanted & needed. Excellent pet insurance! They were kind, considerate and practical when my cat was very poorly! I had to use my insurance yet the premium never went up for the next year! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Reviewed on: 17th August 2020
