I have cat insurance and the cover seems good compared to other companies and the excesses and prices are good. I lost a kitten to FIP and was devistated. Agria’s prompt payment and caring staff made the pain hurt just a little less. When I got a new cat, I was always going to go to them again. While on holiday my dog Dylan cut his leg badly on some broken glass. We took him to a local vet where he was treated. When we returned home he managed to burst his stitches which resulted in more treatment at our own vet. I kept the receipts from the initial and follow ups consultations and despite the fact they were from different Vets, this was no problem to Agria. The claim procedure was very easy and it was settled quickly. Five star service from a five star company. Reviewed on: 8th October 2022
