I have called and spoke to customer services a number of times over the past few months in relation to the first claim I have ever made and they were extremely helpful and welcoming answered all my questions with a genuine feeling of care, would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Pleasant experience

We have had to claim twice for our little puppy and luckily on both occasions all was found to be fine with her. I paid and claimed for the first one and the second one went through the vet. Both claims were quick easy and no questions were asked. Great experience so far! Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Fast, Caring genuinely care

Unfortunately our dog has been diagnosed with a hereditary bone disease requiring double surgery on the fore legs. Even during these crazy times Agria were quick to respond, follow up compassionately and settle within the week of receiving the claim - well done Agria Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Excellent service now paperless

Agria were recommended by the rescue charity my little dog came from.It has been great to have peace of mind that any issues with my Jack Russell are dealt with & covered straightaway.Now it is a paperless system it is even better as the vet deals directly with Agria which is much more efficient.
