Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

"DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE CAN"

My cats have been insured with Agria for a number of years and I can honestly say that they are, by far, the best Insurance Company I've dealt with. Their premiums, whilst not the cheapest, are value for money. There are several policies to choose from, to suit every pocket. I have claimed on my policies a couple of times and Agria have settled in 5 days. I have every confidence that my cats are well covered with Agria and it helps that my Vets use them also. That's gives additional confidence in that a Vet wouldn't choose a, less than satisfactory, Insurance Company. Highly recommended A++. Reviewed on: 19th July 2020

Best pet insurance company I've ever used.

My beloved dog started to have fits, and after expensive tests was diagnosed with epilepsy. It was a really difficult and stressful time but Agria was so helpful and really quick to get the payments sorted for the tests. She now has to have hundreds of pounds worth of medication every month and there is never any problem with claiming the costs back. The claim is always settled within a couple of day's of them recieveing the claim. This is the best and easiest pet insurance company that I have used. Reviewed on: 15th July 2020

easy to set up, although I have not been able to claim my £50 cash back due to covid and vets been closed which is out of my hands so I don’t think it’s unfair that I won’t get this. My parents also referred me and never got their amazon voucher. Reviewed on: 15th July 2020
