Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Efficient helpful reliable

Have had no problems at all over the few years I have dealt with Agria Pet Insurance Reviewed on: 27th July 2020

Excellent service

I have had two older GSP Rescue dogs from gsprescue.uk who came with 5 weeks free ins cover with Agria. At that time I had 1 other older dog, the last of many I had always insured with Pet Plan. I therefore did a like for like comparison between these 2 ins co and found Agria compared favourable. I have since had the experience of having to claim on numerous occasions and have found Agria prompt and efficient in dealing with every claim. Sadly I lost my first rescue very elderly GSP and found Agria extremely kind and sensitive at this time. I therefore highly recommend them Reviewed on: 27th July 2020

Absolutely fantastic service

We have a 5yr old Shihtzu who was diagnosed with MUO and IVDD. He was referred to our major veterinary practice to the undergo some major treatments, Agria where absolutely fantastic throughout, the claims where really easy and also they kept us up to date with how much we had left ect. Our dog is now on the road to recovery thanks to the help of Agria. Reviewed on: 27th July 2020

Straightforward and simple

Great cover at a reasonable price

Last summer I adopted a rescued Basset Hound, Dottie, who came with 5 weeks’ insurance from Agria. I took the time to compare pet insurance from many other companies before choosing to continue Dottie’s insurance with Agria. The lifetime policy I chose has really good cover and is very reasonably priced - almost half the cost of a policy from one competitor. I also had to contact the company and found the people I spoke with to be very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020

Fabulous

Great customer service, they are understanding and helpful. The claims procedure is straightforward and the vet can deal direct if they wish too. I just feel the help take the drama out if what can be a worrying time for you and your pet. Reviewed on: 21st July 2020

Gold star service

Very easy to understand your policy and adjustable to make price suitable for monthly instalments. Main point is that I have complete peace of mind that my dog will be covered for life. Reviewed on: 20th July 2020

NO AGRO WITH AGRIA!

I can honestly say that the people from Agria were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and speedy. The quote given for my two young cats was a very good price, less expensive than the market leaders but with the same benefits. Why go anywhere else!
