Fantastic, highly recommend

The customer team were so helpful when I looked to take policies out, they gave different options and we discussed what was most suitable for each dog rather than a one size fits all approach. I have had two older GSP Rescue dogs from gsprescue.uk who came with 5 weeks free ins cover with Agria. At that time I had 1 other older dog, the last of many I had always insured with Pet Plan. I therefore did a like for like comparison between these 2 ins co and found Agria compared favourable. I have since had the experience of having to claim on numerous occasions and have found Agria prompt and efficient in dealing with every claim. Sadly I lost my first rescue very elderly GSP and found Agria extremely kind and sensitive at this time. I therefore highly recommend them Reviewed on: 27th July 2020

Absolutely fantastic service

We have a 5yr old Shihtzu who was diagnosed with MUO and IVDD. He was referred to our major veterinary practice to the undergo some major treatments, Agria where absolutely fantastic throughout, the claims where really easy and also they kept us up to date with how much we had left ect. Our dog is now on the road to recovery thanks to the help of Agria. Reviewed on: 27th July 2020

Great cover at a reasonable price

Last summer I adopted a rescued Basset Hound, Dottie, who came with 5 weeks’ insurance from Agria. I took the time to compare pet insurance from many other companies before choosing to continue Dottie’s insurance with Agria. The lifetime policy I chose has really good cover and is very reasonably priced - almost half the cost of a policy from one competitor. I also had to contact the company and found the people I spoke with to be very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020
