Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Easy to set up and no none-sense Claims

We’ve had our policy two years and find it really good value. The policy was easy to set up and the price very competitive. Sadly we found a need to claim last year when our puppy had a lump in his neck, thankfully this was nothing but Agria were so helpful and made what was a very upsetting and stressful time a little easier. The cover for my cats and kittens is fantastic.

All my kittens are covered from birth. One of mine had bendy paws. Even his physiotherapy was covered. He’s perfect now but without treatment that would not have happened. Reviewed on: 11th July 2020

We choose Agria for the great product cover and competitive price when insuring our dog Barkley. Unfortunately we have had to claim a number of times in his first year but the process has been simple and the payment made very quickly each time, which has been a great support at a stressful time.
