Always superb and prompt service from Agria!

When my lovely friend Poppy had to have both cruciate ligaments operated on, Agria were absolutely wonderful - extremely helpful and sympathetic whenever I spoke to them on the phone, and payment was taken care of directly with our vet. No-quibble help

We took on a 3 year old Siamese needing a new home, lovely temperament, typical seal point markings, soon settled in. She was a good companion for my elderly husband. But one weekend she changed, became lethargic and didn't want to leave a comfortable knee. After two days and little eating we took her to the vet's, where they kept her in. Investigations showed she had a genetic heart condition that nobody could have known about and despite their efforts she died of heart failure. Agria looked after most of the bills quickly and efficiently, and also checked up on us. Their service was excellent at a distressing time. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022
