Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Amazing insurance!!!!

Recently became new dog owner to our cocker spaniel Max cocker spaniel in Dec 2019 and was recommended this insurance through our vets. We decided to go for it after reviewing lots of insurances and from my first phone call, I can't explain how lovely and friendly the team are and how quickly they get things done and sorted. We recently had encounted taking Max to emergency vets, and ringing them up to explain and they showed such care about Max and it was Hassel free. Great service, great insurance. Excellent and prompt service-personable and friendly

Brilliant set up of new insurance policy with great telephone support- no hard sell and everything was very clear and transparent in terms of excesses etc. Had to claim 8 weeks after taking out the policy and everything was simple and swift from making a claim online to communication and final payout. Taking the worry off losing a pet

I had to use my Agria insurance for my dog and new that the vet could to do all he could to save her with the amount off cover. Unfortunately I lost my pet but I didn't have to do anything as my vets and Agria sorted it all out for me. Have insure my bunnies with Agria for nearly 7 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. When one of my beloved fur babies was poorly they paid for vet costs without any arguments and when she eventually died and I phoned to amend my policies they were so kind and thoughtful. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

I have been lucky enough not to have to claim on my pet insurance for either of my cats (yet) but I'm so impressed with the value that Agria provides and know that when I do need it, it will be able to cover our needs. I also found them to be not only the most competitive when starting our policy, but also when renewing, with additional benefits compared to other top brands. No complaints here. Reassuring advice

I called the help line on a Sunday when my puppy had ingested an unknown oil on a beach walk. He was vomiting and voiding. and I was so worried. The lovely lady I spoke to immediately suggested the vet. After anti genetic drugs and a thorough check over he was fine. It turned out to be used chip fat oil but it could well have been fatal.
