Last year we adopted a Staffy called Tilly. Due to her being of a certain age it was difficult getting insurance, Agria were great and provided a great quote and the service has been excellent. We had some claims during our first year and these were also handled extremely well and efficiently. Whenever we call we speak to people who are also very polite and helpful, it’s great not to have to speak to an automated messaging system. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Affordable but doesn't skimp on the service!

Having been a veterinary nurse for over a decade I have encountered many insurance companies who lure pet lovers in with low monthly premiums with a promise of paying out should your pet fall ill. In reality they only cover a tiny portion of the bill, fight to get away with not paying out for certain elements of the claim and then exclude the condition for the rest of the pets life! Agria are the total opposite. A delight to deal with as a veterinary professional and a pet owner. Affordable premiums without having to scrimp on cover, fantastic customer service and no fight to claim everything back when you need to. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

always helpful and super friendly

never had a issue with them have my hounds insured ith them and recommend to friends with their animals, used to use pet plan but the started to feel less friendly and too competitive, but the agria team have been great during setting up new policys, as well a very helpful during claiming for a injury on of mine had, Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

2yr old Accident prone Maine Coon!

I've had to claim twice now for an accident prone Maine Coon boy. The first when he was 6 months old after he sustained and eye injury the 2nd this year when he needed major hip surgery. Both times my claim was accepted and settled extremely quickly and I was kept informed regularly with the claims progress. Cannot fault them would absolutely recommend them. First class.
