Straight forward company with knowledgeable and helpful customer relations people. No quibble pay out. My Maine Coon broke his leg due to being hit by a car. He needed major surgery at a veterinary orthopaedic specialist, with pins and plates and a bill over £5000. The following summer he did the same thing again! Both times Agria was helpful, and shouldered all the costs without adding caveats or reducing cover. It's peace of mind to know that my beloved cats have full veterinary support should they need it. As well as providing a quality product at a fair price, the company support owners, breeders and charities with top advice, free new owner insurance and some great fund raising events. I have been with Agria for over 7 years now and up until recently have not needed to call upon there services. Back in jan/feb of this year my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and the Service I have received From them has been exceptional. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020
