As well as providing a quality product at a fair price, the company support owners, breeders and charities with top advice, free new owner insurance and some great fund raising events. Very efficient and reliable

I have been with Agria for over 7 years now and up until recently have not needed to call upon there services. Back in jan/feb of this year my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and the Service I have received From them has been exceptional. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Efficient, and friendly. I am absolutely delighted that I could insure a 14yr old stray cat that I had taken in during their amnesty month. It has given me piece of mind, especially delighted with the £50 health check voucher which I am using for his 1st 12 month checkup. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Prompt easy settlement

Agria may not be the cheapest but they dealt direct with the referral vets, were sympathetic and helpful and settled the remaining claim with my own vets quickly At a very stressful time Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Fantastic policies for pets

A friend recommended Agria during discussion of insurance companies for my new puppy last year. I had been given insurance quotes from numerous other companies before calling Agria to discuss policies and get a quote before my new puppy came home. After discussing and tailoring a policy to suit myself and my dog, I did not hesitate in to taking out a policy with them. They offer a great service and I found the customer services department very helpful when discussing policy types and cover for my pet. As a veterinary professional they also offered a great discount service on the first 6 months of my policy. Thankfully I have not yet needed to make a claim on my insurance yet, but feel my experience with the company so far there will be no issues or concerns if/ when the time comes that I need to make a claim. I would not hesitate to recommend Agria to friends and family. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020
